Slaughterhouse - welcome to: OUR HOUSE

You’ll notice that Em makes an appearance on not one, not two but THREE tracks. For any Em fans reading this; of which I’m sure there are many, as this is an Eminem blog! – I’m sure that you, as I, am very happy about that (the features!).

One song in particular I cant wait to hear is “Asylym”, not only because it features Em but I also believe it was produced or co-produced by him and we haven’t heard Em spit some sinister madness over his own beats for a little while now. So that should be fun. Other than that, the features appear to be minimal and well chosen. I particularly can’t wait to hear the track with Busta!

I personally think that Eminem being on two of these tracks, out of 16 (one is on the deluxe) is about right. I think anymore and he could truly begin to steal the show; although I am a little annoyed that “Asylum” is a bonus track, as I have a strange hunch it’ll be one of the most thrilling tracks of them all. Which, by the way, could be why it is on the deluxe version: to make you want to buy that one!

What’s your thoughts on the tracklisting and the Em features?
